Premier specializes in providing quality modular church buildings for use as:

Your church building can include such items as 8' to 10' ceilings, stucco exterior, sound booth, pulpit and interior wall insulation. Our buildings are 90% complete before arriving at your site. You are free to complete the site work while the building is being manufactured. The installation of the building is normally completed in one to two weeks after delivery.

Avoid the hidden building costs from traditional on-site construction with a Premier Modular building that's virtually complete before arrival.

SPECIFICATIONS

The specifications and pricing of a modular church can range greatly depending on your requirements. Modular church buildings can be manufactured to include a variety of features such as:

Exterior:
Stucco, Hardi-panel (stucco look) Hardi-plank, Lap Siding, Hi-ribbed Steel/aluminum Brick-facing

Mansard:
Deluxe Angled (8" - 24" overhang,) Angled Mansard, Shingled Roof, False Mansard, Box Mansard

Roof:
EPDM (rubber), Shingled Galvanized or Metal

Interior:
Knock down finishing, Drywall-Painted, Vinyl Covered Gypsum

Floor:
Concrete, Viroc, Plywood

Air Conditioning:
Wall Mount, Roof Mount, Pad Mount

Ceiling:
8' - 10', Seaspray Drywall - popcorn finish, T-Grod/Acoustical Textured Drywall

Plus many other options for lighting, window, base molding, interior and exterior doors.

Codes:
When designing your modular facility, all codes and permits must be obtained as if a site built building was to be installed. Premier will assist you in the design of the building to insure all state codes are met.
